[pve-devel] [PATCH storage, qm, ct ] let storage_migrate take an ssh info hash

First storage patch is just the previous one resent (since the sshinfo
patch is to be applied on top of it).
Needless to say the pve-container & qemu-server changes need to be
packaged together with these patches.
