No, Bluestore's goal is to get rid of the problems and limitiations of 
filesystems as a whole. It consumes block devices directly without the 
need of a filesystem. Provides much better performance, compression and 
at last full data checksums. Should IMHO definitively be supported 
directly via GUI/API.
