[pve-devel] [PATCH manager] change to debian font-awesome

the patch changes to debian package for font-awesome instead of 
providing our own files.

after this gets applied, someone with commit rights should remove the 
font-awesome.css and fonts folder from www/css/

sending the patch as attachment, because git send-mail says there is a 
line longer than 998 characters (against smtp rfc)
