[pve-devel] [PATCH manager 0/5] ceph luminous adaptions

this series adapts the gui to the luminous json api changes
since they moved some stuff around and removed some things

this should only be applied to master, since we only support luminous
on pve 5, for pve 4 i will send a different patch in the future which
makes it clear that only the gui is not working not the cluster when
upgrading to luminous on pve 4
