[pve-devel] [RFC] noVNC upgrade

the following patches upgrade noVNC to the latest commit (as of 2017-01-23)

it has a new ui (which autohides and needs virtually no space)
we can get rid of the sendkeys menu (because everything we need is 
already builtin)

and i used the chance to rework our patches, so that for a future 
update, we have less work to do

i maintain the novnc patches on my github:

in the pve branch, (this is similar to wolfgang bumillers workflow for qemu)
