[pve-devel] [PATCH pve-manager] v2 Fix text to match functionality

The default setting which is a check mark for 'Write cache' is
wrong since checking this actually mean to not use write cache.
Fix this by negating value for nowritecache in onGetValues.
As a consequence also change initial value to unchecked -
Create with write cache disable as default.
