btw, you can achieve this with simple extjs settings like this:


  		name: 'nowritecache',
  		checked: false,
  		uncheckedValue: 1,
		inputValue: 0,
		fieldLabel: gettext('Write cache')

so that on a checked status, the value 0 gets sent,
and when unchecked, 1 gets sent
