[pve-devel] [PATCH widget-toolkit 0/5] Toolkit.js: port over fixes since fork

All but the last of this patches are fixes which happened to the
Toolkit.js fixes and helper collection since we forked of
proxmox-widget-toolkit from pve-manager.

The last one is not yet in pve-manager but I posted and used it in my
big "migrate to widget toolkit" series, so I put it in here too.

Code was not changed, some comments were changed - mostly formatting.
