As stated off-list I agree, this should not be added now.

Oh, yes sound like a bigger win.
I plan also a "Start after Create" - it's really easy to implement.

Maybe we can somewhat combine them to reduce confusion,
i.e. a HD ASCII mock-up:

Or would you rather make a full featured onboot, with start/shutdown/delay order? may be a bit much.
