This patches are the basic for pve-storage storage replica series.

Patch: Integrate storage replica in lxc migration.
:: make condition more precise at remove local storage at migrate phase3.

Patch: Insert new properties in the Qemu config for the PVE Replica.
:: remove snapshot config handling and include it in pve-guest-common.
