Ok, testing with a small linux VM, startup was fine with GlusterFS and 
NFS storage.


Online Migration failed 100% of the time with GlusterFS - tried VirtIO, 
SCSI and different cache settings.


Online Migration succeeded 100% of the time with NFS.
