[pve-devel] RFC: live local storage migration

Hi,

This is a first try to implement live local storage migration
at the same time than vm migration.

some users have made requests about it

This patches serie implement it with 1 disk local disk currently.
(because drive-mirror don't support transactions, and it's difficult to manage multiple disks in some
 are already migrated to target node and not others).

I don't have yet make all the checks if snapshot exists on sourcevm,...
so some cleanup is still required.

But otherwise, it's working fine.
