[pve-devel] [PATCH ha-manager 1/2] rename request state 'enabled' to 'started'

IMHO a major source of confusion is the GUI itself. We have two
panels which show ha resources:

Datacenter/HA: Resource status

Datacenter/HA/Resources: Resource config

I wonder if we can put that into a single panel?
