[pve-devel] openvswitch : bump to 2.5 v2

Any news for this patch ?

I'm going to test dpdk soon.

Ubuntu have deb src for dpdk 2.2
http://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/dpdk-dev

but last version is dpdk 16.04 (they have change release version to year-month)
http://dpdk.org/browse/dpdk/snapshot/dpdk-16.04.tar.gz


Ubuntu seem to maintain backports fix from upstream
http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/d/dpdk/dpdk_2.2.0-0ubuntu9/changelog


Not sure what is the best way ?

I have added the pvenetnetcommit depend in openvswitch systemd unit files (afterstart). 

I don't have deleted the init.d file, I'm not sure if we need it or not.
