Hi,
just for your Info:
on three upgraded systems (latest ceph-jewel / pve-test) 
"/lib/udev/rules.d/60-ceph-partuuid-workaround.rules"
wasn`t there and so ceph didn`t start.

But good to see the workaround still works after putting the file into its 
place again..
