[pve-devel] cpu.rt_period_us & cpu.rt_runtime_us for 4.3 Container

Hello,
I would like to run a VoIP server (FreeSwitch) on ProxMox 4.3 contenair (CentOS 7 64bit).
When I start the server, I got the following errors:---- freeswitch[1333]: ERROR: Failed to set SCHED_FIFO scheduler (Operation not permitted) freeswitch[1333]: ERROR: Could not set nice level

Someone resolve this issue on Docker by enabling setting the two kernel parameters: cpu.rt_period_us & cpu.rt_runtime_ushere: https://github.com/docker/docker/pull/23430
The Questions: What is the easiest way to add these parameters on my ProxMox 4.3? Is there some known issue by enabling the kernel to support these two parameters?
