[pve-devel] [RFC PATCH container] setup: ability to ignore files

Alternately, there's the .gitignore approach...  Pretty sure there's a Perl
library for handling that format (or a similar one) which we could drop
in.  One downside is having to parse .pve-ignore files all the way up the
path, but an existing library would take care of that.  The main upside is
we need far fewer ignore files to mask out large collections.

Either way, I agree that using dotfiles is best.
