[pve-devel] proxmox 4.0 HA : at boot, is vm start order used ?

Hi,

on a HA enabled service (VM, CT) the order won't get used, with the 
argument that the ha-manager starts those automatically.

The problem is that calling a start here would only redirect the start 
call to the ha-manager, which has the same effect as not starting it 
from the "startup order script" and let the ha-manager do it's work.

Disabled services won't start at all (even with auto start), at the moment.
