Ok, but this doesn't demonstrate the problem in qemu-kvm; only that 
we're getting the same behaviour. Please note that I'm not saying there 
isn't any bug in qemu; we must find a way to prove the bug, either 
pointing to source code or with a correct test program (if you have done 
so I missed it sorry).
