seem also that cgroups are not working with lxc currently.
Trying to add
lxc.cgroup.cpu.shares = 100
in a lxc container config,
I don't see any entry in /sys/fs/cgroup/

I think It should be easy to implement cgroups in qemu-server, like libvirt is doing
https://libvirt.org/cgroups.html
I think we use same code for lxc and qemu (I need to dig a little more)

first, we need -id for authentication (pve-auth.patch).
Also, if we implement cgroups inside pve-qemu-kvm, we can keep this code.
Or do you think it is easier to implement cgroups inside qemu-server?
