[pve-devel] qemu-server : virtio-scsi-single implementation

This patch series add a new scsihw : virtio-scsi-single.

It's a virtio-scsi-pci controller, but we plug only 1 drive on it.

We also create a new pci bridge on same address than scsiwh0 address,
this bridge have only virtio-scsi-single controllers devices


This will be usefull later for multiqueue and iothread implementation.
(I'll send a patch next week for both)
