prepare your image,

copy unattend.xml in  C:\Windows\System32\sysprep>

cd C:\Windows\System32\sysprep>
sysprep /generalize /oobe /unattend:unattend.xml /shutdown


then create template in proxmox


Then you can clone your template.

(I'm doing like this for all my windows vms)

and where should i put the unattended.xml?
