I known that ceph krbd module has also been backported,
and officialy supported by redhat.
It's also support discard now.
(I'm going to test my full ssd ceph cluster in comming week, librbd vs krbd)

Thanks for that link. There are indeed a few vlan filterling related patches,
and
some infiniband changes (reverts). Besides, there is not much new. Compiling
now...
