Or maybe will be better that in the window of creation of hard disk, we can 
see that the option "no backup" is marked, as also this option not must be 
modifiable, and in a gray background.

And maybe a little comment that say "for this kind of disk this option isn't 
enabled"

The idea is that  since his creation, the common user know that for this 
kind of disk will not have the option of do a backup.
