Ok, It's works fine now after a full reboot.

I'll try to test the upgrade path again, to see why it wasn't working.
This is really strange ...


I'll try the gui monday.

strange, that works here. 

Maybe the daemons are not correctly restarted (due due the new PVE::Daemon 
class. 

Try to reboot to make sure you run most recent daemons.
