Seem to be a good idea.

(Maybe add a wiki note about different watchdog module that user can defined in /etc/modules)

With latest kernel you can show that blacklist with: 

# cat /lib/modprobe.d/blacklist_pve-kernel-4.2.6-1-pve.conf
