Hi,
Martin reported garbage display on novnc.

Seem that it's occur since this commit
https://github.com/kanaka/noVNC/commit/abf2b09ea7ca59d006c250ea96c5f219f83ca7d0
after introduction of optimization and new inflator.js code.

So, it's better to revert to commit
https://github.com/kanaka/noVNC/commit/8f3c0f6b9b5e5c23a7dc7e90bd22901017ab4fc7

Which allow fullscreen but don't implement performance optimisation.

Theses 2 patches remove inflator.js,
novnc.tar.gz need to be reverted to 8f3c0f6b9b5e5c23a7dc7e90bd22901017ab4fc7
