I just thought we can write a PVE::Storage::LunCmd::LIO, so that we 
can use a normal Linux/Proxmox box (with zfsonlinux) with 
the PVE::Storage::ZFSPlugin.
I guess it is already possible with PVE::Storage::LunCmd::Iet, but LIO
should provide better performance?
