[pve-devel] [PATCH pve-common] Added PVE::Network::tcp_ping to replace Net::Ping

We use Net::Ping twice in pve-storage (once for ISCSIPlugin
and once in GlusterfsPlugin, both with the 'tcp' variant.),
but Net::Ping doesn't support IPv6.
