[pve-devel] Default Ceph Setup Problem

I created a 3 node, 2 OSD setup using the guide here:

command line to start off, then finish of with the web gui.

Immediately ran into the dreaded HEALTH_WARN, with hundreds of pgs
stuck and unclean

Took me a bit to figure out, but the problem was that the data,
metadata and rbd pools had been autocreated with a size of 3 - one
more than the number of OSD's I created.

Once I changed them to 2, the problem resolved itself.
