Does it work if you rollback to previous kernel ?

Objet: [pve-devel] PVE 3.3 with problems of Kernel on Dell R720
Hi
I recently i installed PVE 3.3 (pve-kernel-2.6.32-33-pve: 2.6.32-138) in a Dell PowerEdge R720, after the install i get these errors in the kern.log file:
Oct 25 17:01:59 kvmtest2 kernel: PCI: Using host bridge windows from ACPI; if necessary, use "pci=nocrs" and report a bug
Oct 25 17:01:59 kvmtest2 kernel: ipmi_si ipmi_si.0: Could not enable interrupts, failed set, using polled mode.

Oct 25 17:01:59 kvmtest2 kernel: All bugs added by David S. Miller < davem at redhat.com >
- Firmwares of the Server are with the latest version.
- If I enable a "blacklist power_meter" for the Kernel, i only can reduce all errors that say "ACPI Error" in the log file.
Can anybody tell me what's going on?, and i should do for amend these errors?
Best regards
Cesar
