[pve-devel] Better performace for PVE and the VMs

personnaly, I remove totally the swap partition on my hosts

(Of course, I have enough ram and I monitor it)

I guess that it would be better that the ISO installer of PVE have this 
configuration in the "/etc/sysctl.conf" file: 

vm.swappiness = 0

And finally, for apply it to my PVE hosts, i would like to hear a second
