[pve-devel] pveceph with custom keyurl and source

The purpose of 'pveceph install' is to provide an easy way to setup apt configuration for official ceph
repositories.

If you want to use your own repository, simply configure 

/etc/apt/sources.list.d/ceph.list

and then run 

# apt-get update

# apt-get install ceph ceph-common gdisk ...

with whatever parameters you want/need.
