[pve-devel] Better translate to Spanish language

Thanks Daniel and Dietmar for your answers, i feel as a silly, but i need to 
do 2 questions:
1- what git modules i need to download? (i guess that all git modules not 
will be necessary)
2- Can you tell me step by step the commands that i need to run?
