currently openvz venet0 rule hang if 2 ips exist

 invalid IP address: Invalid chars in IP 192.168.0.1 192.168.0.2
  generate_venet_rules_direction{
   parse_address_list($ip); 
 }

we need to add a comma instead space in ips list
