[pve-devel] [PATCH 1/3] adapt patches to qemu 2.0.0

firsts tests seem to works fine

- booting linux/windows guests
- snasphot/rollback/del snapshot
- move disk (online|offline)
- live migration

I'll do more tests tommorow

I just updated the patches for 2.0. I made the updates myself and split the patch 
into smaller parts. But your patch was of great help to find out what changed - many thanks! 

I also updated the keymap.diff patch - hope that works.
