on my old xeon, ( 2 cores 5110 @ 1.60GHz)
with netperf:
win2008r2 -> host : 1,5gbit/s
win2012-> host : 5gbit/s (seem big improvement in lso)
host -> win2008R2 : 1gbit/s
host ->win2012 : 1gbit/s
win2008R2 -> win2008R2 : 1gbit/s
win2012-> win2012 : 1gbit/s
win2008R2-> win2012 : 1gbit/s
same result with my 64cores opteron

(how many cores in the guest ?)
I'll do tests on a xeon to compare too.
Just have done test with ntttcp, I can't get more than 230mbit/s
(2 guest 16 cores, -m 16,..)
