Ok,I have rollback to 2.6.32.
I think they are a bug with 3.10 and my opteron hosts. (don't have noticed theses problem with my intel test cluster)
I'll wait for the final rhel7 kernel release.

some news:
seem that vms are freezing for some ms. (tested with vnc console to be sure).
stop/start seem to help, but I need to wait a little more.

Objet: [pve-devel] kernel 3.10 , packet loss and latencies problem
Hi,
I have put in production my first host with kernel 3.10,
I have a lot of packets loss and latencies from the guest.
host response fine.
I have tested with a broadcom bnx2 and intel nic, same problem.
guest windows or linux (kernel 3.7 or 3.10)
I had tried to disable offloading with ethtool , doesn't help.
Has somebody else have this problem ?
Vms was live migrated, so maybe it come from that. I'll stop/start them to see if it's helping.
Alexandre
