Win 8, 8.1, 2012, 2012R2 QXL doesn't exist and there appears to be no plan
to start any on the Spice/Redhat lists. Similarly, the disk/net/mem drivers
are very much 2nd class citizens.

The ongoing disinterest in this leads me to question my decision to go with
KVM rather than HyperV.

Note: This is not a critisism of Proxmox, its not their job to maintain
these drivers.
