Yes, 
I remember of this bug, I had see it with squeeze,wheezy and ubuntu 12.04 If I remember.
It's a bug in virtio drivers and nic offloading.
Don't known if we should add 
"iptables -A POSTROUTING -t mangle -p udp --dport bootpc -j CHECKSUM --checksum-fill"
by default when dhcp server is enabled ?

Hi all, 
While finishing my DHCP server prototype I have run into this bug in 
Debian Wheezy which is still open in 7.6.

Maybe others has bump into this so it might be worth mentioning on the 
wiki.
