[pve-devel] pve-common : pve-bridge : create_firewall_bridge_ovs : activate ovsint interface

Not sure it's a regression in openvswitch 2.3,

but ovs internal port which link fwbr to ovs bridge is not activated when created.

We need to activate it, or traffic can't go out of the fwbr bridge when firewall is enabled
