[pve-devel] ZFSOnLinux Support

Hi,

Since the new ZFS Plugin is out, I was thinking of supporting local
ZFS via ZFSOnLinux.

ZoL works fine on Debian and we already use it in production.

This can be implemented in the same ZFS plugin, by checking if this is
a local ZFS (maybe check if host is 'localhost') and skip the entire
SSH stack and running zfs/zpool command directly.
