[pve-devel] kvm: add machine and qemuver to vm

This series introduces:
1.) removed old machineargs code which does not seem to work at all (-machine accel=tgs is not valid at all)
2.) introduces a common version_to_int sub
3.) adds an optional machine parameter to the vm conf (so someone can force a special machine type via conf)
4.) save qemuver on a fresh start and set machine flag based on the qemuver
