Yes, I think, no technical problem of enable/disable it by brige
(I think we just need to listen to specific ip where we want to provide dhcp)

Is this new DHCP feature going to be optional? Like you are using your 
own dns server I am also using my own dhcp server (in networks that need 
dhcp). So I hope this can be switched off and on per bridge.
