Hi,

No, I'm not using the proxmox kernel, just found this discussion
while googling for a thread for the Linux bridge multicast
snooping.

As far as I know the algorithm for an IGMP querier is basically
the same as for an MLD querier.

And if there is no querier on a network then multicast snooping
for any switch, no matter if IPv4 or IPv6 is going to fail, as
far as I know, resulting in packet loss.
