[pve-devel] qemu nat mode and rate limiting ?

I just want to known if rate limiting works with nat mode ?

Because in pve-manager, we can set rate + nat mode, but I don't think it's working, I only see code for bridge/tap rate limit.

I guess we don't want to add any complexity here.
