[pve-devel] clone from template after sysprep

Hi


Fllow your suggestion,i set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\Sysprep\Settings\sppnp\PersistAllDeviceInstalls  to 1 and everything works.
