[pve-devel] add hyperv option to enable hyper-v cpu features ?

Hi,

I would like to add an "hyperv" option,
to enable cpu features : hv_spinlocks,hv_relaxed,hv_vapic

theses cpu flags are to tell to windows (> vista/2008), to use some specials virtual features (like timers,apic,..),
and improve performance.

Firsts tests seem show big boot time improvements, when a lot of cores are used with a lot of memory.


Any objection to add this option ? (config file only)
