[pve-devel] [PATCH] usb2.0 as default + usb-tablet hotplug/unplug V2

The only problem is that ehci/uhci controller hotplug doesn't work good. (I had many crash windows/linux vm).

Any chance to always enable the ehci controller by default ? (I'll do test to see if it's break live snasphots)
