I have now tried latest 2.6.32 kernel:
dpkg -s pve-kernel-2.6.32-19-pve
Package: pve-kernel-2.6.32-19-pve
Status: install ok installed
Priority: optional
Section: admin
Maintainer: Proxmox Support Team <support at proxmox.com>
Architecture: amd64
Version: 2.6.32-95
Provides: linux-image, linux-image-2.6
Depends: grub-pc, initramfs-tools, busybox
Suggests: pve-firmware
Description: The Proxmox PVE Kernel Image
This package contains the linux kernel and initial ramdisk used for
booting

Nothings changed. Performance so horrible that it renders using openvz
useless.
